Hi All,
Ive just finished the restoration, and am having real problems with DVLA as the previous V5 did not have chassis or engine numbers on it!
I tried to supply them, but they now want official recognition from the Owners club that it meets the criteria for that date.
Any help how to provide this would be greatly appreciated.
