Date of manufacture

Can someone please help to identify the year of manufacture of just rebuilt st70? I have rebuilt it using a frame and most of the main components that I acquired about 30 years ago. At that time the main reason for aquiring the parts was to use them as spares for the st70 that I was and still use. Having decided that the parts would never be needed as spares, I gathered the parts needed to build a complete bike. Then came the difficult part--I never had a registration number and the DVLA want a year of manufacture so that they can issue a new number plate. I have tried Honda's department that deals with year of manufacture but the were unable to help but said that the club may be able to help? Danielle Dymond at the DVLA (a very helpful young lady) also said that the club may be able to assist. So here is hoping. The frame No is ST70 138716 The HONDA decal on the frame is stick on plastic not the metal type My feeling is that it is about 1974 Many thanks Chris
