Ok i found a site with a pile of other site links www.dax-monkey.com and mebbe you can try here with a bit of serious wilfing... The other way of getting one is to get a small engineering firm to make u one. you would need to make a drawing of it with the distances and dimensions and decide what u want it making of ally or stainless i know of a guy who might make it but as for cost, thats another thing this guy made me some stainless oil lines for my zxr and also some rear wheel spacers out of F1 unobtanium alloy (for me only as this stuff is hand 2 mouth and carefully controlled you see!) his number is ***** or in milton keynes he also makes stainless steel adult bits. You would not believe the complex kink shit he makes! Lol but dont let that put u off contacting him hes sound as a pound and an engineering CNC genius.

comes up as a kick pedal but is actually an exhaust strap. yes..

i see but its still along the same lines maybe that site can get u the one u want drop em a line, It cant do any harm.
mines comin along fine. yesterday i sand blasted the frame and zinc galv primed the inside n outside with ZC-90 gives a proper pukka corrosion inhibitin layer.

and it has those exhaust hanger thingys i think u were after. Mebbe if u contact them with your requirements they will give u the right one for the job.
