How to contact Honda U.K.
I'm looking for an e-mail adress of Honda U.K.
I'd like to ask them te send me the 'owners papers' (not sure how to call it) since they got lost during the importing process.
Thanks for your help!

You can try these details:

***** from
8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturday.
Outside these hours a limited service applies.

or

*****

or alternatively:

http://ww1.honda.co.uk/contact/contactForm.jsp

Our international dialing code is +44 so you will need to drop the 0.

What you are talking about is the V5 document. They normally come from the DVLA.

http://www.dvla.gov.uk/

I managed to tax my bike in 2004 using the original V5 from 1975  I now have a new V5 after writing to the DVLA :)

I took a tour around the site, but I don't think the V5 paper is what I'm looking for.
I don't intend to import it in the U.K. again... not want to MOT/tax it in the U.K.
What I'm looking for is a certificate of the bike, which explains that it has been approved for road use, with my frame number on it etc.
A 'certificate...' is it called here.
I'll see what Honda answers me.

Thanks for the info tough!

An update...
Honda Belgium is unable to provide me with the documents, as the ST70 model has never been sold in Belgium.
So I've got to go trough Honda U.K.
Unfortunately, their contact form is out of order.
I'll do a little searching and try to get an e-mailadress.

That's unlucky :(

Good luck with finding the email address. Might be worth ringing the UK number I posted and asking them them the best process.

OK, I wrote a letter to Honda U.K.
Yeah yeah, a paper with written words on it. Pretty oldschool, huh? 8-)
I'm curious wether they'll ever contact me.

Honda UK customer service wrote:We are pleased to read from your letter that you have recently purchased a Honda ST70 Lady Dax and that you are looking to try and obtain the identification plate on the frame and the original papers for this machine.

We are sorry to have to advise that on this occasion, Honda (UK) aren't in a position to assist with your enquiry as this is not something that we keep at our offices here. The original papers that were supplied with the machine would have been passed down from one owner to the next and they may have possibly become lost at some stage.

We are sorry for any disappointment that this causes you but we would like to thank you for taking the time to contact Honda (UK) regarding this matter.
