SUMMER SHOW AUGUST 17th 2014 NORTH ESSEX

Hello Brian,

I think those nipple adaptors are a non-model specific part. It was a common problem that this part overcame in the 70's.

All the best Si

To replace the cable nipple is not dificult but will require a short length of 'SILVER SOLDER' (E-bay). A little suitable flux will be needed and a blowtorch.
The solder is not cheap but small lengths are offered. Its not easy to do with ordinary solder, in fact very difficult to get satisfactory results.

Whats my luck like, it clashes with our family holiday. Bugger

Hi all.
There is a 50/50 chance that I'll be getting on the guest list for V festival on this weekend If this happens, it's an opportunity I'd be silly to pass up (especially as I'll be 40 the following weekend and I'll officially be old ).
If I don't go to V. I'll ride the Chaly to Saffron Walden and see you all there.
Martin.

Will be up for attending this year. Providing work havent rostered me for callout that week.

just checked the list and it looks like I will be able to make it. Just got to plan a route now from Kent avoiding motorways.

Hello Peeps,
As usual, count me in, by hook or by crook i'll be there with something. Its always a good day, and always nice to talk to like minded people.
See you all there.............hopefully

All the best Si

I'm planning to attend the Saffron Walden show with my ST125 whether its finished or not so if anyone in SE London/NW Kent area or just North of the Thames would like a lift with a bike I'll have room for an ST in my van.Leave me a PM and I'll contact you.
Cheers, Brian

See you there with my original untouched Lady Dax - very rare as you know....

Hello Absolute,
Glad to see you still frequent the ST site and haven't been seduced away by the "Hornets nest" Be good to see you there, even if it is to gang up on Tufty

All the best Si.
