hi have just had this given by a friend any idea of approx year under paint its badged as st50 the Honda badges are solid ali type not transfers have frame number if any one can help (just tried to upload picture but file size to big will take another)

That's the only info I can find...
Japanese model, probably built in '69.
Pretty high value bike.

These info can be found in a sheet containing the frame/engine numbers and build dates.
If I remember correctly, I posted this on this forum...

If the bike has been registrated in the U.K. at some point, a lot of information can be found trough the DVLA (?) website.
(If you know the restritaion number / plate)

I am new to your group and I did ask last night, but the answer I got was a little bit confusing,so I'll ask again please, I have a mid 70's(I think) st70 presumably a UK model. Frame ST70-148013 engine ST70E-122574 could anyone tell me what year he/she is,please and if it is a UK model . thanks BJ

If I may ask one more question on the model year, I'm from the Philippines and the markings for the ST70 that I have are: frame, ST70-4024340; engine, ST70E-4457142. The aluminum emblems/decals on the sides show ST70 and some japanese characters.

ST70E = 1969 model, frame number has built date 1971.
