ST70 JDM Model. What do I have here?

It's a 71 based on the VIN. Found this Japanese site using google translator:

I've seen a lot of goofy combos on some of the Japanese sites. If you have time to burn you can enter search terms in English, translate them then copy and paste in google and find all kinds of good stuff. Japanese VINs are 7 digits.

Early vins were 6-digits, in Japan as well.
In 1971 they gradually started using 7-digit fram numbers?
