Great posts, wonderfull restoration!

The only things I don't like in this project are the aftermarket front forks and the Faddybike exhaust.
Other than that, I think you're doing a truly brilliant job!

The only thing the engine workshop missed (imo) is that it would have been the perfect time to swap the crankshaft with S-tap for a L-tap version.
So you'd have the choice to fit an andvancing ignition while still retaining the original electrics.

Keep up the good work!

Decided to go 100% original oem!

Sneak peak.

Rare items there like the k3 signal light rubber protector and oem k3 speedo cable!

Waiting on a brand new k3 rear signal bracket, fork ears and front signal stems that cost me an arm and a leg from a great guy In the us with a heap of rare honda stuff in a warehouse he's had for 50 years. He's only started up unwrapping some of the old parts and boy can I tell you he's found treasure.

(True ct70 and st70/st50 DAX restorers pm me for details)

For those who don't know that probably is by far the hardest part to find along with new chrome fork ears.

Waiting on 3 orders. One fron trail buddy in the us, chp and dratv.
Ill keep you posted.

Wait till you see the paint!

Stock (fork tube with perfect oem paint) vs DNA candy orange premix + 500cc micron flakes added

Colours are identical but the added flake gave it zing!
Went to richies to pick up my frame :)
Couldn't be happier!
