New Feature: File Uploader

I have just implemented a new feature for the website.

If you have any images you want to upload to the site you can now use the File Uploader which is located here: http://www.st70.net/uploader/

All you need to do is upload your image and then copy the link and you can post the image wherever you want on the Internet.

I hope it is of some use, certainly better than using photobucket or imageshack!

what is the max size file as I use a DSLR and my files are very large.
By the way the new front end is magic I hope people appreciate your hard work

Hi Tufty,

The max size you can upload is 1Mb, the images from your DSLR will be significantly bigger (probably 5-6mb). That means you would need to resize them before you upload them. However, if you prefer email them to me if you like and I will resize them for you and host them on the website? My email address is *****

And thanks for the comment about the front page of the site, really appreciate the feedback! I had a spare few mins at work today so mocked something up. Going to be adding to the site all the time so if you have anything you would like to see or indeed add let me know!

I can even allow access for people to log in and create new pages on the website - saves me writing them lol.

Hi James I appreciate all the hard work on our behalf you have put into the website but my eyes are getting old can you change the part on the front end which tells you of the latest 10 from grey on white as I can hardly read them or is it my monitor

It might be a mixture of the font being too light and your monitor. I could see it on mine but I have changed it to black now which makes it a lot easier to read
