FRONT WHEEL WANTED

Front wheel required.
Would take a complete unit but I am really only after the hub.

Hopefully I have a hub on the way but there is a little story attached to it.

I posted a similar request on the Monkey Bike forum and I was sent a PM to say that a chap had a hub and if I rang him we could discuss a price. I rang him and we agreed on £20 inc delivery, I said I would confirm the deal the following day and make payment via Paypal however all messages after this were ignorded by him which I thought was a little off.
Low and behold, last week I saw the same hub in Ebay (same location and it had been painted candy red like the one I had been offered) so I bid on it and this afternoon found I was the winner with a bid of £2.20 + P&P of £7 meaning a total of £9.20.
At £9.20 minus Paypal fees he is well down on my original offer of £20 but I suppose that is the way of the world, as long as the hub arrives in the condition described and in the normal time-scales I will give excellent feedback (as usual).

Just the front brake plate is over £60 (I was going to buy a new one). All these Honda ST/Dax parts cost a lot of money new so picking things up 2nd hand is always a good idea.

Hub finally arrived this morning and is in excellent condition.
I must admit I was not expecting it to appear and when I chased it up to get a refund and then in a few weeks/months time see it on Ebay again. I am glad to admit my fears were misplaced and it arrived as promised (only posted yesterday so he was just a bit slow in getting it on its way).

That is the last part I needed to get my dad's ST50 Dax complete (his front wheel had sustained a small amount of damage), with his bike off my hands I can get on with my own ST70.
