TOTAL REBUILD "P" reg ST70

I'm looking for a garage or individual with re-build experience to take on this project for me, bike is in a poor state not run for 20 yrs has been kept in shed or in garage, never open to elements, any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, only stipulation is must be North West preferably north Manchester.
