Wanted, honda or clone frame with V5

hello all, I am hunting for either a Honda ST dax or a Chinese clone frame with a V5 and number plate.
please can anyone help, I have a 2004 delivery mileage Chinese clone which has never been registered and cant get any of the documents I need to register it.
I have wanted a Dax for years but could never afford one and got the chance of this one and couldn't resist, I don't want to flog it on as a field bike as it runs spot on and everything on it is immaculate.

I've just seen your second post so some of what I mentioned I my reply may not be relevant. The VJMC certainly wouldn't issue a dating cert for a Chinese clone!
