I am looking for ST50 or 70. I am based in East Grinstead West Sussex. What I am looking for
is a runner which requires restoring back to its original condition. I would prefer it be registered
with the DVLA and I will travel and pay a sensible price accordingly

Many thanks for the eBay link spoken to owner no movement on price, is that a good price for a non-runner, for my first ST50/70 project ideally would like a runner for £899.00 any advice.

I think the bike looks pretty much complete and original.

It's kicks over so it shouldn't take that much to get it running.

Looking at the listing in more detail there is no V5 and they say the dvla don't have it on there computer anymore.
That seems a bit weird, but could be true.
In the past I've applied for the v5 myself as I had the registration number.
You could always do a HPI check on the reg to see what comes back, there's cheap ones around that should give you all the info you need.

I think you will struggle to get a complete original bike with a v5 that runs for less than a grand.
So it's worth a £5 HPI check to see what comes back.

I've got a 1972 blue ST70 with a v5 that's tax exempt that I'd consider selling but I'd want more than that for it.
It needs restoring, but is complete and runs.

You should also consider Aaron's bike?

Sound advice will carry out HPI and see what comes back, also tried emailing Aaron twice no reply yet, however would be very interested in more information and photos etc. on your 1972 blue ST70.

No luck on bike in Brighton, requested engine number and number plate not recognised on Honda database, also offered Aaron a starting price based on photos and not having a v5 , offer still stands, just waiting for a price for your blue ST if still available.
