steering lock flange

Does anyone have a scrap frame from which I could purchase the steering lock flange which mounts at the front of the steering stem. Please contact me if anyone has one available.

I made one.
Got some photos from Tufty, cut it to shape out of suitable thickness steel and then welded it on. Some careful fettling when in place in it looks original.
