Post by spey250 » Wed Oct 09, 2019 1:49 pm

What is the spark plug of choice for the ST70. Also has any one had problems with NGK plug C7HSA ? Out of three I have bought, only one has worked . Not what you would expect from NGK.

Be very carful if the plug has not got made in Japan stamped on the plug it could be a fake one, I fitted three new plugs to my old Triumph Trident and out of three two failed I had purchased them off of eBay. I when to my local bike shop and purchased three from them which had made in Japan the work perfectly. On talking to members of the Triumph Trident club other member have had the same problem,

Yes I'm finding that with spark plugs, l buy mind for a shop that has been selling mopeds and scooters for donkeys year and they are of good quality, the classic cars are the same with very bad copy's of points with poor fitting heals and condensers and rotor arm ect
