Anyone done a disc conversion on springer forks?

If so what/how did you mount the caliper?

Looking for ideas as I'd like to keep the forks for now - it may not be the best idea given the damping quality

Good spot blue!, reasonable price too although P&P is not the cheapest from Sweden.

I could weld a bracket to the fork leg but I'm never too keen on welding in areas where the stresses are higher as the heat tends to weaken the metal.

I have thought that I might be able to pick up off the front axle somehow and brace from the stanchion but alignment might get messy.
