Anyone registered a CT 70 not ST?

Hi
My 68 CT 70 project is near completion and it's time to think about trying to register it.
If anybody has gone through the process I would be keen to know what worked.
I'd like to register it as a CT but see a couple of problems. Can I get insurance as a CT, will I need some kind of import verification and who do I go to verify it is a CT ( getting hold of anyone in Honda seems impossible)?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If it was imported there should be paperwork, but the frame number will be a start for Honda UK to date it. VMax

The eBay listing is wrong' the DVLA will only accept a letter from Honda.
