Grey throttle cable

Not sure if this will be of any use to anybody but hopefully some will find this solution helpful.
I had to get a replacement throttle cable for my ST70 and was hoping it would be grey in colour like the original but in the end had to settle on the black throttle cable from Honda. I thought about spraying it grey but was not very keen on this idea and eventually decided on using grey "heat shrink" sleeving. The only size I could find was 9.5mm but the spec said it would shrink to 4.5mm and at less than £2 for a metre and as I already have a heat gun, I thought it was worth a go. Anyway the results are really good so if anybody else is after that original look this might be an option.

Looks good, where did you get the heat shrink sleeving from?

I bought it off ebay a few months ago. Just over £2 with postage see link.
It's a shame I can't buy things from this site hondaminitrail in the states as they sell a lot of those hard to get bits like the throttle cable and grey sleeving but they have a minimum 200 dollar purchase for international buyers
