help with dating st70 frame number

hi there. just putting this out to all of you. the frame number is st70-143***, can anyone advise what manufacturing year this would be? even if you were to compare it to your frame number and give me a clue any info i can get at this stage i am grateful. thanks.

I've recently joined the Honda Uk owners club, it costs £20 for a year and they will give you a date for your frame free.
It's also accepted by DVLA for registering your bike

What about:

ST70- 55...... and ST70- 56......

Dvla will only accept a dating certificate from Honda on official letter headed paper!
Honda charge £25 pound for this service.
