What new Carb?

I looked up a carb rebuild kit for my 1970 ST70 and for about $30.00 US I can get the kit. My question is would it be better to buy a new carb complete (they seem inexpensive) and if so what new carb will work for me? My bike is all stock as is. I know the old carb is dirty and not efficient right now so I want to rebuild or replace soon.

Any ideas is appreciated because looking at all the carbs available got me totally lost.
