over sized tires ct70

Has anyone put oversize tires on their bike? if so how do you like it?

You mean tires which are wider as the 2.5" rims?

I usualy mount a 130/70/10 at the rear, and that's exactly how I like it.

What about the front tyre Waynus, is that the same size or a smaller profile ?

You should fit a smaller one, mainly for handling purposes.
110 width is the max, I believe it's a 110/90/10.
