Engine advice

I am having trouble sourcing an engine for my CT70, ideally I want an original Honda as near to production date as possible. Failing this a few questions arise! Do Honda still produce an engine that would fit my bike? If not are there any credible alternatives? Or has anybody build an engine from original Honda parts?

Yes, but only the Monkey FI bikes I think, and no engines seperate.

Yes there are. New or revised Honda Nice, Wave, or any low mileage Honda engine, Jingcheng DX90, CD90.

You can do a complete rebuilt with new or nearly new parts if you like. You should be able to find each part in good condition.

i put a lifan 125 in my st70 without any or many issues. bolts right in
