seals a torqe settings

can anyone tell me where the 2 green seals about 10mm in diameter go in the head,they were part of a top end gasket set? has anyone got the torqe settings for cylinder head,,,,,,,,,many thanks dean

I guess you are talking about the valve stem seals.
Little, green or brownish, 'hat'-shapd, mostly with a tiny metal strap?

If so, and the head was in good condition (no leaking valves), no need to replace them.
