Honda deputy engine into dax??

Hi All, would a Honda deputy 125 enginge fit into a honda dax?

I picked up a honda dax without a motor together with a honda deputy. The deputy had a front smash and all the plastics are broken. The engine it 100% starts first kick after putting in new petrol and cleaned the carb, but would it fit?

The ANF125 engine is built-wise very comparable with Nice and Wave engines.
They use pretty much the same technology, both the mountings are placed differently.
So these need to be adapted (on the frame) as well as the wire loom.
The injection models need even more adjustments.
