Hi All,

If anyone is looking for engine work to be done I found this guy in my local area (Warrington) I had a chat with him about work on these engines and he suggested that after talking to him the parts could be Fed-xed to him and returned the same way.
He has just fitted new valve guides, reamed and honed them to size cut both valve seats and pressure tested the whole head for me for...... £23.00.
They do rebores as well as crank rebuilds.

Sorry no website and don't expect the work to be done overnight, this is very much a proper old workshop.

Re: Engine Workshop
Hi Bald Monkey,
I am also in warrington and use Headshop for the engine work on all my bikes, I have never had any problems with his work and I have given him a few "challenges" over the years. Hope the rebuild goes well and if you need any new parts ordering I get them from Motobike on Manchester Road in Warrington. His number is *****, I get the Honda part number off CMSNL.COM and then get Chris at motobike to order them and they are usually in within a few days.

Thanks for that Yelloperil, I have known Chris since he ran the parts dept at Tommy Robbs as well. Just hope the post may be of help to anyone who has no workshop near them.
