hi there i am brand new to this scene and have managed to get my hands on a honda st70 (dax?) i would like to register the bike once i have fully restored it, as whoever had it before has made a real mess of it ! the engine number is st70e - 11846(and then a 1 or a symbol) where would the frame number be please? as someone saw fit to paint it with gloss!!!!! am stripping the paint off anyway but would like to start by finding the number. once the year is found is it quite simple to register it with dvla? and if someone could let me know how to do it i would really appreciate it. i live in tamworth, staffordshire and am also wondering where would be the closet club / meeting? thanks in advance to anyone who can help me and look forward to meeting like minded people at any of the meetings

Frame no should be on the left side of the frame just above the drive sprocket . You will need a dating certificate, Honda UK will provide one or ( about £25 I think), for the DVLA. VMax
