What build year?

Hello all, i trying to get my ST70 street legal in The Nethelands but to do this i need to now the year my bike is build.
And i cant find out (at this point im going for 1972)
can anyone help (i found a list but my frame number, not even the first 3 nummers are on those lists)
My frame number starts with ST70-139...

Could you tell us the engine number?

Engine nr is: ST70E-119431

Your best bet wll be 1969. It's the export type.
That's also the reason you can't find the exact info, because Honda did tend to mess up their numbers, certainly in the early production years.
Does the frame has the extra mount hole for the low type exhaust?
