St70 ignition fault

Hi all, the battery side of the bike seams dead, no neutral light or any lights when turn ignition on, battery is good,bike starts but won't switch off, when running neutral light comes on , have to stall the engine to stop it, even with no battery bike starts , any help would be appreciated thank you
