6V to 12V benifits
Hey guys!

Seen lots of posts on here of people converting from 6V to 12V and was wondering what peoples opinions were on the benifits of this conversion?

HI
I won't state the obvious but ok yes it is a good idea but not as straight forward as it might appear, wiring loom, generator, lights, horn, battery and rectifier just sort out the 6 volt create a good earth and use good quality parts

So my next question is, what parts do I need to replace?

Depends on your engine.

At the very least, bulbs, regulator, stator.

The engine appears to be in good nick, she starts 1st time and seems to run well, maybe lacking a little power but that could be down to me being a little bigger!
