Who made this bike?

Hi I have come to you all in a last hope that some one will be able to tell me who made the Honda monkey bike look a like I have just go up and running.

Bought on e-bay as non-runner and with no reg documents. The bike had never worked nor has it ever been reg'ed for the road. It has the looks of a Honda Monkey bike, like the DAX, but it has no labels on it anywhere.

It is now up and running and although originally sold to me as a 50 while working on it discovered it to be a 90. O-well just as happy with a 90 lol.

The problem I have is that I can't get it MOT or go to the DVLA to get it reg'ed until I can prove who made it? All I have is a frame serial number, which is LRYTCKL7X50002942 Please, Please can someone shed any light on who may have be the maker of this machine.

PS also have a 1974 honda chaly which is great fun to run about on and I never knew there was a club for them.

You say it has never been registered, how old is it (1970's, 80's or just a few years old)?

There are planty of Chinese Dax copies out there, the quality is not too hot on some of these but at first glance some of them are very close to the original. It is when you come down to looking at the details that the differences are obvious.
