St 70 carb problem
Hi I'm just starting to restore/rebuild my 1972 st70. It's the first motor bike I ever owned and learnt to ride on it when I was 13. I'm now 29 and in a position to give it's some love. I'm starting with the engine, but my issue is one if the jets has snapped in the carb. I think it's the slow speed needle. And advice on how to remove it? Or has anyone got one forsale? Thanks

Hi

I recently got my ST back on the road, i had a bit of trouble myself with the original carb, in the end i ordered a good quality replacement from shirebikes.co.uk (£39) for the price you cannot fault it, since fitting it my bike is running sweet as a nut, had i not found this I would have ordered a rebuild kit from nrp-carbs.co.uk (£20) good luck with getting yours sorted.
