st70 lady dax engine running hot

after starting up the engine and exhaust run very very hot and runs uneven at idle have changed carb made no difference anyone know why thanks

What is hot?
80°C and 130°C both feel like very hot.
The only thing you should do right now is measure the temperature.
There are different possibilities to measure the engines temperature.

In the meantime, you could check the following:
- enough oil?
- valve settings OK
- iginition OK (isn't the ignition timing set up too early?)
- the mixture is too lean? (check the spark plug color)
