Re: Rebuilding engines
There are some workshop manuals around.
These should be a good help to start on the exact work you'd like to do on the engine.
A complete overhaul will require technical knowledge and experience.
Your best bet would be to work together with a technician who knows these engines.
That's the fastest way to start learning how to rebuild these little engines.

Re: Rebuilding engines
Thank you, I have totally rebuilt 2 stroke engines before and just wanted to find a manual to show me the detail and sequence as its always the 1 tricky thing or special tool that catches you out. Do you know where I might get one of these manuals please. It would also be useful to know the interchangeability of engine parts as I have several for rebuild or donor

Many thanks

If you join a moped forum called fs1e splitters, theres an excellent detailed thread on there on engine rebuild. Some of it relates to chinese stuff but its very infomative with good images. Helped me no end.
Unless its already been done on here that is.
