Lady dax with removable fork

I need to find the cable junction between throttle and carb, wich allow front fork to separate from frame, and that can be disconnected quickly.
Does anybody can give me instructions ?

I'm afraid this will be a very hard find.
Check ebay.com (US) they come up for sale every couple of months.
(Mostly complete bikes with damaged front forks)

The only spare part I have is the piece of wire loom that can be taken apart.
