identify what year and type

hi, i have just bought ST 70, without any paper, wondering which year this bike was made ?
i got the engine number only ( has not found the chassis number ) engine number ST 70E-124133
appreciate if you guys can help, thank you

The chassis number should be just above the front of the chain guard on the left side of the bike,
