Help! ST70. 1984
Hello friends, writing from Costa Rica have a 70 Honda ST 1984 and I have read the second rebuild ST model was built for the European market but I think some parts are CT according understand model was built for the U.S. market, however there are parts I should change cues to rebuild it according to its original model. Although this also I have seen that there are many parts that are equal in the CT and ST model so do not know exactly what the difference is between the two. Now I need someone to help me get the complete set decals and also need the full wiring I grateful to anyone who can help me.

Welcome!
Pictures woul help to see what's wrong with the bike.
Remember... A 12v NT dax like yours has the hydraulic front forks, which looks a bit like the CT versions.

It's indeed a mix and match of different bike types and home grown parts :)

Are you 100% about the built date?
Judging from the frame number, it's a slighty earlier version.
Is it a 6v or 12v bike?

The bike actually has parts of CT (American) I think this is due to the difficulty of getting original parts here in. our country 95% of the parts come from there USA and as for the year of manufacture that is what the official documentation says my country. The motorcycle is three-speed semiautomatic original speedometer is in km / h, the fuel tank is made of metal, the suspension is not hydraulic, is 6V.
