got a barn find possibly 1970 trying to use existing parts can you tell me if the throttle cable is salvage or knackered?

also best way take out a sheared exhaust stud where half is luckily still sticking out?

also too much play in the handles is just knackered old rubber washer and just replace these?

lastly need to add a wiring loom for lights etc does this have to be a specific honda st70 6 volt or can you use from other monkey bikes

Exhaust stud removal.
First I'd suggest giving it a good dose of penetrating fluid - WD 40 or Jenolite, even paraffin.
If you've got the retaining nuts from the stubs, screw one nut on as far as it will go up to the exhaust port and assuming there's enough of the remaining thread, screw the other one right up to it. Then tighten the two nuts together and put a spanner on the one nearest the exhaust outlet and it should unscrew the stud.
You can use stud extractors that act like a mole wrench but the method described above rarely fails and is cheaper!.
Hope this helps
Brian.

Nice to see some photos, albeit a little misty. You don't make things easy you know ;) ;) Still don't know where you're from :?:

When you say "handlebar rubbers" what exactly do you mean?

hi
Under the handle bar risers are a set of rubber washers on the top plate 1 is on top and the other below sandwiching the top fork plate these become brittle and the bars become loose look on CMSL AND TRY THE CHALY PAGES

Are those Honda Chaly handle bars? Or some sort of CT70 / trail?

Hi
when I took my Honda Chaly apart the original handlebars were mounted on risers with rubber washers
