Also, are the wheels 'Cloud Silver'?

I guess you'd have a hard time finding the info on the Dutch site.

Will a 400ml spray can of paint be enough for the wheels and mudguards?

They are recommended on another UK mini bike website.

£15 for the paint seems like a good price, the primer is £15 also.

400ml should be enough, depending on the number of layers you're planning to spray...
