Info and help

Could anyone help with this question , Is there some kind of restrictor on a 6v Lady Dax either in the engine or carb ,Also is it possible to fit a 4 speed gear box and what engine would it come from , I also need this part urgentley its on the transmissiom parts page Ref number 10 on the CMLS site 23911041020) Collar, Gear St70 (england) If anyone has this part please please sell me it .

Restriction:
Ignition, manifold, carb, camshaft, sprockets
Impossible to improve the performance without fitting new parts or tuning

4 speed:
z50j, ct70h, SS50 or Chinese and Japanese knock-offs

Sorry I do not have the part you require.
It looks like a straight forward collar, if anyone can supply the dimensions of the item I could make one up for you.
I have only just re-assembled my engine, so I am unable to get any dimensions.
