spark plug gap = 0.6 - 0.7 mm
NGK C7HSA

Points gap = 0.3mm - 0.4mm
They should open right before 'F'
I strongly suggest to check timing with a stroboscope.

Tappet clearance
0.05mm on warm engine

Carb settings:
trial and error

Oil: Any 10w40 for wet clutches will do fine

Torque settings: refer to workshop manual

Waynus, should it not be on a cold engine? I think it says so in the drivers manual?

Yeah,
every manual says 'cold'.
Every technician says 'warm'.

Just go with the method you're most comfortable with.
It's a long discussion :D
