Rear arm torque setting ?

Whats the rear arm bolt torque setting please ? , The one that fits through frame.......Thanks in anticipation

Std torque for M-10 fine is between 40 to 80nm (friction & bolt quality dependent)
In reality it wants to be tight,but some people leave it slightly loose to give the bushes an easier time

I just disconnected both shocks so the swing arm is free and then tighten the nut until the swing arm just starts to feel some resistance to movement. I've got a self locking stiff nut fitted so it wont undo. Works a treat.
