head question

hi
i have an E16 head

it has a 23mm inlet valve and a 20mm exhaust- i thought itwas only the E22 heads that ran this set up?

any ideas?

E22 (Honda ST70) has 25mm inlet / 22mm outlet
Wave and Nice engines have 24 / 20mm
SS50 head has 19 / 16mm

These are the diameters of the valves.
Kitaco STD has 24 / 20mm valves.

Could you measure up the in and out ports? As well as the combustion chamber.

the intake port was 18mm and the exhaust was 20mm

the chamber is about 40mm across and about 13mm deep

I'd say it's a Dutch SS50 5-speed head. (matches the inscription as well)

19mm intake port - 22mm outtake port
39mm round combustion chamber
29mm / 29mm cam "bearing" diameter
