A bit of a mystery to me but maybe not to others steeped in ST matters.Amoing the pile of bits that came with my ST was an exhaust shield that screws onto the exhaust pipe perfectly but is a different pattern to the one shown for my ST whhic is much longer.
As another part I had was a plastic chaincase cover for a Z50 (sold on eBay) my suspicions are that this sheild was for a Z50 or other monkey bike variants but I've looked at several monkey bike parts lists and CT/ST/CF/variants but it dosen't seem to conform to any of these models.
I'll try and attach a pic to provide a sporting chance for someone to recognise it Its 15" LONG BY 2" WIDE and obviously curved to fit the exhaust pipe profile. It's got 5 large holes 1" diameter evenly spaced along the length and 4 fixing holes to take a 6mm domed screw.
My main priority is to get the machine MOT'able so this shield would be suitable for this purpose and once this hurdle is jumped I'd like to get the correct part.
If anyones got a clue what its for I'd be pleased to hear from them and if I'm unsuccesful ataching a pic I can send it by a PM if anyones interested
Thanks
Brian
