That is what is known as a tatty bike with a shiny exhaust. Does it run ok as that is half the battle?

I kinda figured that one out myself.

Not bothered about it running as it's going to be stripped and rebuilt.

Anyone got any useful tips like where to get a manual, spares?

I'd be interested in the ST70 owners manual if you still have it.I have a complete original illustrated Honda parts list for ST's up to 1978 but really need to keep it.If anyone needs info on specific parts I'll be pleased to send an attachment as a PM.

If you could send me just a pic of the cove or publication date of this it might be useful so I can compare it with mine - cover attached including first inside pages.No point in sending the whole thing if its a straight copy of what I've got.
