New member with CF50

Hi!
Few days ago I bought my first minibike.
It's Honda CF50 Chaly. Someone painted it very bad, so I decided to rebuilt it on my own way.
Engine generaly works, but I've got problems with clutch and 3rd gear.
Maybe you know if engine is the same in chaly, and dax? And which engine parts are the best, and where I can buy them?
I paste picture of my Honda below. Maybe you can tell me what version it is?

I'm not englishman, so forgive me language mistakes.

I will be very grateful for all advices.

Hi and welcome

Plenty of colours there, not many of them very nice!

The engines are pretty much the same across the ST, Chaly & C50/70 range with there only being minor differences (type of carb, front sprocket cover etc).
For spares you can't beat David Silver, if he hasn't got it in stock or is unable to order it from Honda then it isn't available as a genuine Honda part. Check out the CMSNL site for part numbers.

I really like the CF's, after a repaint it should look a lot nicer.

The engines are indeed the pretty much the same.
They are all (and almost all parts) interchangeable.

The type of engine can be read on the left side (cf50, ss50, z50, st50, c50....)
The major differences concerns the inner of the engine.
The type of bearings, the amount of 'spare space' between bearings and crankshaft, type of crankshaft tap,...

That makes the z50 engine one of teh best engines to tune on. (along with the c70 and others)

There is a problem because on http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cf50-chaly_model7881/ there are 2 types of Cf50:
CF50 CHALLY (GENERAL EXPORT) and CF50C - DK ( GENERAL EXPORT) CHALLY
In these bikes there are different cluthes (parts have different numbers and partsfiches are different). Do you know are these cluthes different or they are the same (apart from partnumber)? I don't know what I have to buy.
Maybe you can tell me what I have to do?

Other that that, I haven't a clue! However, I'm sure Waynus will probably know and he does tend to come on here most days.
