I travelled to jogja not too long ago (July 2013).
Was fantastic riding a bike there for 1 week, I memorised most of the city streets

Had a chance to go to the big roundabout with trees (the famous one).
I bumped into it of course haha.

Didn't see any Chaly bikes but I wonder if they are more common than I thought...

next time if you go to Jogja again, you can call me. So I can take you to meet the Motor Mini Jogjakarta Community.
Motor Mini Jogjakarta Community are the community for people how has interest and hobby for mini bike like Chaly, ST70 / DAX / CT70, z50, etc. They are also own the mini bike and sometimes restorated too.

You didn't see any Chaly? maybe because Chaly are rare item in Jogja.
