Dax ST50 broken cylinderhead fixing

Are helping a friend of mine with his unusual model, here in Sweden we only get ST70 but four 50cc was coming by misstake.
He has restored the bike to 99,9% but there was problem with the cylinderhead , broken thread to the exhaust.










Waiting for another friend to weld and drill new hole and make the new thread.

Finally the head has return with new threads and welded .


Befor i will mount it on the bike i took the opportunity , and fixed the inlet and the combustion-room.





Soon it will be mounted on the bike for a testrun.

Nice job.

However, the inlet surface is very rough.
I'd suggest to use a gasket + additional liquid gasket.
