St 70 carb

Hi, I have a st 70 dax which I purchased in bits, could someone please tell me if the two pipe to the carb make any difference which pipe is fitted to the feed and which to the return. Thanks for any help in this matter.

If its a 6v ST70 are you sure your not getting confused with the main and reserve feed, both go to the on/off tap.

Hi Blue, Thanks for your reply, I understand about the two pipes being main feed and reserve, I just wondered if there was a certain way the pipe where fit to the carburettor as to which one was main feed and reserve. Thanks again for your reply.
