Honda Chaly 114cc. Completely rebuilt. Lowered. £1300.
It's with a heavy heart I'm offering my recently acquired pride & joy up for sale.
I bought this bike 2 months ago off a really nice bloke called Darren in Tonbridge.
I took it on a test ride which was all of 4 miles and that's all it's done.
The bike is still in storage at my friends workshop in Dartford.
Unfortunately I've been hit with some very expensive outgoings that I wasn't expecting so some of the toys have to go and this is one of them.
I'm absolutely gutted as this bike is my dream Chaly.
I'm not out to make money on it, I'm just after what it has cost me.
I'd really love to keep hold of her as I doubt I will ever have such a nice an example as this again but I can't afford to keep her at the moment so she's up for grabs for one lucky buyer.
All the work has been carried out by the previous owner.
Sorry about the quality of the photos, they were taken on my phone (the paintwork is not as dark as it looks in the photos).

1979 Honda Chaly 114cc completely rebuilt from the ground up with loads of one off mods. Only done about 100 miles since finishing it. It gets ALOT of attention where ever it goes and is great fun to ride, it surprises a lot of people how quick it is!
MOT'd and Taxed 'til March 2014
The engine has had the crankcases vapour blasted and rebuilt with all new bearings, new seals, Honda C90 crank, 114cc big bore kit, 26mm Mikuni carb and adjustable ignition kit.
Stainless exhaust from OOracing sounds and looks incredible.
The frame was taken back to bare metal and had loads of little mods including air filter plate welded in and smoothed, some de-seaming and other little bits and pieces.
Its had new Dax mudguards, new fork legs, new lowered rear shocks (the stance looks amazing), custom headlight mounts, custom kick stand, new Dax handlebars, new Daytona throttle, new 3.5" polished rims, new tyres. It has polished engine casings, wheels (rims & centres) handle bar clamp. All the nuts and bolts are new and are Honda, leg guards are new and genuine Honda.
All the wiring has been hidden to keep it as tidy as possible so all you see is the throttle and brake cable. Wiring has been custom made with hidden on/off switch so no need for keys. It has been painted in Fiat 500 blue with satin white mudguards. The seat is about the only thing that hasn't been restored as its completely original gives it a vintage look.

The guy I bought this from spent a lot of time and lots of money building this, its honestly like a new bike.
It kills me to sell this but I've got one too many toys and far too many debts.
I'll be listing it on ebay in a couple of weeks if there are no takers. I thought I would offer it up on here first as I would prefer it to go to a good home and a Chaly enthusiast.
I'm based in East London but the bike is in my mate's workshop near Dartford.
Cheers
Si
