Cheers. Safe riding is exactly what I'm planning (Thanks for the tip about keeping my lights on, my CBT instructor said pretty much the same thing).

Re: Starting out
Made my first cosmetic change to the Chaly.
No more ugly square headlight for me......
:D
(Still stuck with ugly square indicators for another week or so, as I have to wait for stupid PayPal to clear  )

Re: Starting out
Cheers.
Am awaiting delivery of round chrome indicators.
am also planning chrome mudguards, chrome rims and new fork legs (but all this may take a while...)
with all that red & chrome, I'll be able to pretend I'm a fireman.

Re: Starting out
That's the problem. My piggy bank is barely a piglet bank. That's why I said it may take a while. But a bit here & a bit there, and it will slowly get done....
good things come to those who wait.

Re: Starting out
Ugly square indicators gone & replaced with shiny chrome round ones- check!
Horrible red plastic mudguards gone & also replaced with shiny chrome ones- check!

Slowly but surely, things are coming together...
